How do I use cheats/console?

I want to give myself different weapons, ammo? Maybe even more tanks, soldiers and squads? XD

I've already completed all 3 games like 5 years ago on the hardest difficulty but I wanted to replay everything now but maybe with more fun stuff XD

Open DefaultInput.ini with notepad, it is located in the following directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\brothers in Arms - Hell's Highway\SumacGame\Config (This is the default directory if you have installed Steam or the game in another location it will differ)

Now that you have opened DefaultInput.ini look for the following string of script:

[Engine.Console]
ConsoleKey=
TypeKey=
MaxScrollbackSize=1024
HistoryBot=1

Now you need to change that to the following:

[Engine.Console]
ConsoleKey=DELETE
TypeKey=DELETE
MaxScrollbackSize=1024
HistoryBot=1

Now save the file and exit.

You can now open the ingame terminal with the Delete key on your keyboard.

You can also set another key for opening the terminal, in this tutorial I used the Delete key.




Here are some cheats:
GIMMECHAPTERS = unlock all misions
god = god mode / invincible
god all = your whole squad has god mode
killenemies = kill all enemies
fly = flying mode
ghost = noclip mode
walk = walk mode (for resetting the noclip and flying modes)
allammo = give full ammo
givedataitem d_weapons.us.us_WeaponName = Give weapon, change WeaponName to the weapon you will like to have.

For the give weapon cheat:

Two simple but effective cheats are available in Road to Hill 30 by using the profile BAKERSDOZEN. Infinite Ammo, including grenades and Super Squad which makes you men more durable. For more exciting and challenging gameplay in Hell's Highway the red screen/threat effects can be deleted in the gameplay menu.

Somehow this doesn't work at all. I tried with the key DELETE and P nothing happen. I tried your version where you get rid of the (-) in HistoryBot=1 nothing happen, I tried with HistoryBot=-1 nothing happen.
After you make a modify you get the message "your ini (.. /SunmacGame/Config/SunmacInput.ini) file is outdated. Do you want to automatically update it saving the previous version? " When I do yes it resets my command and when I do No/No to all I have my command but if I press DELETE/P nothing happen (in the menu or in a level).
