Where is the 4th key in Lower Wishless Resting Place?

I have 3 keys: Midnight, Tanzanite, and Ruby. Where on this level is that 4th commander?

I cant find even third key, i killed everyone like 3 times there, spent 3hrs reskilling and running around. Any tips? I opened two doors, but cant open the third.

There is one area where you kind of have to run down a couple of corridors of the ghost streams - first one is a wider passage southward, then a narrower one heading east off that. I got one key from a commander in that section.
