Respec at Merchants
Ive been to Hardng and Switchtown but i cant find no respec ability at the merchants so far
Am i doin something wrong?

For skill allocation, the NPC that advances you from apprentice to adept, and later the NPC that advances you from adept to expert, and lastly the NPC that advances you from expert to master, can do that for you for gold.

For stat points there are potions that will let you do that.
