Additionally, we are working on a second patch that changes how character save slots work in a new multiplayer mode. We originally designed the saves in a way that allowed for you to play with a host and be able to mod the character created on the host’s play session. After hearing all your feedback, we see there is high demand to be able to bring your saved character into another player’s game. We will release a second patch where there will be persistent character save slots that allow you to do this. One quick note, the modding tools will not work in the new mode with persistent characters.
