Quests: Fallen behind, behind the waterfall | I'll be the Hooker.

The literal only thing that remotely tells me where to go is "I should talk to Garth's friend Kalia, South of Adventurine about that".
I have spent the last three hours running around the ENTIRE currently explorable map.
I spoke to every NPC in the two towns south of Adventurine.
I spoke to the NPCs IN the south of Adventurine.
I did the entire Wishless Resting Place questline (which was another hour because removing map exploration is a good mechanic)
I have noclipped literally everywhere (except where I need to be, obviously), even grabbed a black heart, and completely given up.
And when my wife gets off work in 6 hours I'm going to have to tell her I can't continue playing this on our save because I can't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ do this anymore.

Kalia is in a hut in the Central Fallowfields / down the dirt road form the southeastern most workbench of Adventurine, which is next to a windmill.

She is not marked with a yellow exclamation mark (quest turn-ins).
I can't do this anymore today.

did you speak with the guy living near the river?
after that go south from capitol also written in the logs
than she says wow you are trustworthy. kill the thiefs in the thieftower and pls kill thiefs for me too here is the secret word to get in. get me a mask from there.


you go into the thief tower and get the hookshot and the mask, maybe you kill the boss.

Where do you get the guest for this questline as I found kalia ages ago but she just says leave I don't trust you. so I guessing I need to trigger something.
