I see that the game appears to autosave your progress before every battle. While I acknowledge that in the demo battles are pretty quick, I assume they would become more lengthy as the game progresses.
I would like to suggest a pause/save also be implemented so you could leave the game mid combat and continue the battle where you left off at a later date.
Also the zoom feature with rotating mouse wheel is working opposite to what I usually expect. Could you implement an option to reverse it please?
Also - has the backdwards zoom with the mouse wheel been fixed?
Waiting for a "yay" or a "nay" to decide if it is a release purchase for me :)
The backwards zoom has been fixed. :)
As for the controller support, we don't have it yet.
There are only auto-saves. Mid-battle saves are not possible due to how we set up the game.. A mistake I will not make again with the next one!
Controller support is WIP. After all the launch buzz dies down I hope to get back to it (working solo, so things are a bit slow sometimes)!
I think I posted that BEFORE you made the correction so it is probably okay now, but an option for either would be nice for everyone.
Unfortunately the save system is the hurdle for me. I need to be able to save during long battles. Not everyone is in this situation and can devote long sessions to gaming... I just cannot, hence why I mostly will only buy (especially turn based tactical) games with that feature.
Good luck with the release though :)
I sadly understand. Most battles aren't very long in our game (15-20 mins) but I totally understand. Thanks for the interest! Next time, friend :)
