Season box issues

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone else encountered the same issue - I received a season box credit (via the normal pass) and when I went to the shop to use it for DASH, it appeared to be there, but after I pressed the open option, some kind of error happened, the page refreshed and then it was gone - so I lost the season box credit and also didn't get ANY rewards.

I wrote a message to the support team, but no answer yet.

I had an error once while getting not so important rewards after one of the latest seasons and think I lost those then.

I lost them too and it was a season box...I only had the one.
I still got no answer from the support inquiry.

you can play this game via epic games, too. open your account on epic. i think , it will work .

thanks for the idea, I'll stick to steam tho.. I was annoyed that I lost the only season box credit I had and still got no answer... I received another one yesterday, via the free golden pass and it worked fine - but this time I took screenshots beforehand, just to be sure.
