is it possible to play with a single xbox with two people sharing the same screen and at the same time play online against a third person from pc? thank you

Two people can play from the same device. However, two people on the same device cannot connect to another player online.

No. You could let one person play the iOS/Android version of the game with a controller connected to their phone, instead.
