"Guaranteed Racer" on Miss Piggy Box is a Lie

I just paid 450 tokens for the Miss Piggy box, it says "GUARANTEED RACER!" and yet, all I got was crew member shards! What the actual ♥♥♥♥, Gameloft?

Talk to support, only Olaf's box says guaranteed, least on my end while piggy has nowhere saying you will get her 100%, still scummy either way. Seems many are having same issue, doubt they will refund players

Its not guaranteed shards every pull. They added a pity system so if you are guaranteed shards after 30 pulls you get 3 per purchase so 10 purchases so its actually like $50 to guarantee, disgustingly greedy. If you look under the open button there is a very tiny x/30 counter to let you know how much more money you have to spend for them to take pity on you

In tiny writing after you've clicked into the box, it does say that. Regardless, it shouldn't say what it says on the front, it's misleading. This is a game marketed primarily at children and using tactics like that in a kid's game is predatory and morally bankrupt.

your talking to someone who paid for several editions of the same game during early access just to get all racers and be the best, only to then get slapped right in the face later on when they now have to pay extra to get things that never used to be that way, also someone who made a bad decision early on.

On Genshin Impact and Star Rail guaranted only happens after a bad event it, kinda costly you need lose the "summonned item" then is a "guaranted summon" but good luck grabbing the currency to drop more "summons"

it is said that Miss Piggy is guaranteed, but inside the box the game describes it's guaranteed as "every **30** box opens is Guaranteed to get u the featured racer" so basicaly a Gacha scam with pity points to ensure that there is a limit to the suffering we will experience :/

you have to open 10 boxes to get her 100%.
cause 1 box is 3 items, so 10 boxes is 30 items
its not really that well explained however it does have a 0/30 at the bottom so if read itll show you- also why spend money on something you dont fully know whats inside it or what you are getting.

I was getting Crew Member shards until 10 pulls and the garanteed Miss Piggy drop. The new Pull System is crap high 10. Gameloft wanted more money from players that's all. Season 10 sucks

uh no its kinda good to be fair, however not good for players who dont want to spend money.
all the other mid season event racers in the last few seasons have cost people more then 5k tokens- so now locking it to 4.5k is good.
saying that gacha boxees aint good at all so i get you, however this aint gl wanting more money its gl being nice and not wanting more money.
