missing 39 stars already due to either not having the character or not high enough star, this is a rough one. i wish season stuff didnt req levels or it either gave/boosted the char needed for that race to at least the minimum needed for it. :/

they trying to push people to spend instead of, you know, seeing hwy people don't want to spend $80 to star up once and then another $80 for materials to get to level they need

they need to either lower prices or the game will die with how greedy it is just to keep up even if you been playing every day/event.

Mystery racers are the worst due to how to get their shards and materials outside of ranked compared to other racers

if ranked was more fun and fair it wouldnt be an issue but ranked is just boring or annoying, specially when facing racers 10+ levels above you cause of their stupid system, focusing on ranked in a game where you need to spend so much just to keep up was always going to fail, wouldnt be as bad if they had a grand prix mode for fun ya know

Same here. And multiplayer isn't as fun as singleplayer, so I really don't feel like playing it instead.

what's the point having a party when everyone for themselves, it's useless! Also having a 10 diff levels in MP is just straight garbage, how you want your players to enjoy the game if progression locked behind paywall

Dumb take, considering that even if someone would suffer through bringing a 2-star racer to higher ranks, they still couldn't earn enough shards just through ranked to get a racer to 3-star.

That, and it's nigh impossible to bring a 2-star to those higher levels.

Don't you feel that the racers (from the chapters) got A LOT more aggressive?

I am missing around 55 medals to get the last box..and never ever gonna get them.. I have racers missing and the ones I have, that are needed to complete the levels from chapters 8 and 9 are not leveled up enough and they won't be, since they are missing 15+ shards awful!

they are indeed more aggressive, they changed them again, not as bad as season 1 of course but still they hold no bard unless you are a nice few levels above the level it asks for

They still just give up towards the end and step away from the wheel. The AI feels bad, too artificial. It's like 90% of the race doesn't matter.

I've been struggling with this too. I was able to get all golds for the first 4 chapters, but in chapter 5 you needed Woody and Lilo to finish some of the races. I didn't have either of those characters as I just started playing toward the middle of the Aladdin Season. I didn't really figure out how everything really worked until this season. This game is really rewarding people who started in Early Access and were able to unlock all the characters from the first few seasons and have been progressively leveling them up. This game is really punishing people who started after the early access ended and it went free to play, because the only way you can get these characters and leveling them us is spending a ton of money.

You can get them without paying but the legacy racers as I call them are a pain to get because you can only get them through the boxes for free and that's RNG as heck ofc.

Not only RNG as heck but the max you can get is 3 shards in a single slot and mostly what you will get is 1 shard for 3 different things.

Gameloft needs to learn that the best way to monetise a f2p game is to be generous and make the player feel like they owe some money for the fun they are having. Ive played many a free game where i got 20-30 hours in and felt like i should make a purchase to show support and thank them for the time i got out of it. Gameloft instead goes "Hey we want you to spend $40+ a week if you want to complete season tour on top of the cost of the golden pass" and its going to be the death of this game
