Your whole post comes across as troll-lite.
Troll-lite is less filling than normal Troll and half the saturated fats
dying gives you a tenth of your health back (and restores no items whatsoever) and respawns all enemies in the room. If you leave the mini zone you are in they all respawn.
also look out for mutual death mechanics I guess like suicide bombers.
