If you plan to buy the Heroes of Might & Magic V, then just buy just this one.

There is a mod called Might and Magic 5.5 out in the internet, it enhances the game greatly and makes every campain playable without purchasing the other 2 Might and Magic V games (for free) - hope you have fun ;)

È una bella espansione di Heroes 5, peccato che non sia completamente in italiano, molte cose sono sfuggite ai traduttori

It is stand - alone expasion pack.

Awesome music, good graphics , very addictive , fun turn based tatics game.
These are things when in comes to HOMM. And HOMM5 is not different.

But be careful. It will gonna make you pay a lot of time. I mean it.
The one-time play can cost you about 1 and half hour and possbilly even more!
The fact that luck plays major role in this game can kinda make you upset. (there's many radom stuff in this game)

Note that there's mod that make you play other HOMM5 campaigns on this expasion pack.(orginal , HOF)

Se volete prendere un aggiuntivo a Heroes of Might & Magic V vi consiglio di scegliere il Martello del Destino (Hammer of Fate).
La traduzione dei sottotitoli è incompleta.
In questa espansione dovrete cambiare il protagonista per cui non affezionatevi troppo a una fazione.

I know Heroes 3 fans will get mad, but objectively this is the best game in the series, period. Saying this as someone who played all installations extensively. 3D aspect is divisive, but nevertheless, the "game" is the best embodiment of what Heroes is.

After you play it, also check out the MMH5.5 mod, which is more like an expansion pack, that brings a whole new game experience.

Very fun game. The best in turn based strategy if you ask me

Bought heroes 6, was dissappointed and even more dissapointed when i couldnt even finish 1 mission because it stopped working. Remembered this game was good. And now that I play it, I realize it's very close to heroes 3 in mechanics(heroes 3 was a diablo 2 quality game imo).

Get it. Such a good game.
