Проблема с запуском

Купил, запускаю в надежде понастольгировать, по итогу игра не запускается, от слова совсем, хотя обычные 5 герои играются, никаких руссификоторов и прочего не качал, все файлы игры целые, переустанавливал, помогите может у кого была такая проблема

Based on what you've written, I understand that you've bought the game, and for some reason, it does not launch at all.

Do you get any error messages when you're launching the game? If so, could you send us a screenshot of such an error?

I bought it, I'm launching it in the hope of testing it, as a result, the game doesn't start, from the word at all, although the usual 5 characters are being played, I didn't download any russifictors and other things, all the game files are intact, I reinstalled them, maybe someone had such a problem

No errors appear, the game just won't open.
