[MOD] Might & Magic: Heroes 5.5
Hello Everyone,

I would like to introduce you to one of the greatest mods for heroes V!
The goal of MMH5.5 is to combine the majority of great futures of H5TOE, H3SOD, H3WOG, H4 Equilibris and Kings Bounty the Legend series into one 3-dimensional game to create an all-in-one TBS experience.

The mod offers:
- 30 new adventure map objects, treasure vaults and dungeons has unique interiors with larger battlefields! Armies and rewards will never be exactly the same again no matter how often you play a map!
- Advanced RMG - The advanced RMG is capable of properly balancing player starting zones and differentiate between early, mid and late game areas. It places all 30 new adventure objects and previously excluded adventure objects. The resistance is much stronger and various with 480 additional mixed neutral stack templates. The new RMG can create balanced PvP maps as well as gigantic singleplayer XXXL maps with hundreds of epic battles and all zones scaling up to crazy powerful heroes
- New Artifact Framework - Currently 34 new artifacts are added including 6 new ultimate items. The effective amount of artifacts in the game will now be the same as H3SOD. There will also be many new effects, in terms of unique effects the variation is actually far greater than H3.
- MMH5.5 Class/Skill/Spell System - MH5.5 will have might/magic and balanced classes with ingame skilltrees and 8 secondary skill option for all 24 classes!. New framework with 18 heroes per faction, 6 heroes per class, all heroes have only professional quality Ashan style portraits and many newly programmed skills and specializations. Improved experience levels allow the player to fill more slots and level up to 40.
- MMH5.5 Game Functions - MH5.5 can use the very fast reprogrammed H5_AIProcess31j.exe from Quantomas. New Quick-Combat loss correction scripts will keep the AI challenging even on the largest maps without losing calculation time.

@Elementira Dragon Blood crystals are collected per hero.
Yuo can see how much each hero has by opening the spell book and activating Town Government spell. On the first page you see that information.

The only way to gather dragon blood crystals is through hero skills/perks and artifacts.

Regarding the creature summoning I suggest to go and read the text on the Magic guild by right clicking on it. The hero level affects the summoning formula.
thanks, but I did choose a hero that starts with 10 dragonblood crystals but didn't seem I got any creatures before several weeks later though ^^

when I run the 64 bit it still says the 32 bit one the task manager. thats normal?
since I'm playing on hot-seat with 3 players 3 AI on impossible map with underground, my game can randomly crash in a match, right after autosave or just suddenly.

I'm asking because I have searched around the net and did found that your game can crash when running the 32 bit.

though right now im proned to do a fresh install again ^^

and thanks for this amazing mod you guys have done something incredibly, and please send my thanks to the rest of the team.
Task manager will always show 32 bit exe. MMH55_64.EXE is not a real 64 but an extended 32. Instead of w gb of ram it was made to be able to use up to 4gb.

Save/load crashes are a mark of exe memory overflow. This can happen if you play very big map sizes.

Remove the underground or the map size or the number of AIs.

MMH5.5 RC11 released!

A long overdue release which adds a lot of fixes, most notably the cursor flickering issue that appears occasionally when playing against AI.

Changelist

-FIXED RARE GAMEBREAKING ISSUE were cursor starts flickering endlessly and/or user interface becomes non-responsive and game cannot continue.
-Changed haven grass textures to be greener and closer to atmosphere of original game.
-Speed up movement of death knights, shadow mistresses when high speed is set in game settings.
-Speed up summoned hive attack animation when high speed is set in game settings.
-Stormcaller maxed ranged penalty set to 30% and 2% per titan, also modified description.
-Minor adjustments to costs of gargoyles, magi, centaurs, daughters, succubi, vampires and griffins
-Fixed guardian angel skill level limit not enforced.
-Fixed sylvan tier 3 not having enough shots without ammo cart.
-Fixed deleb having too much skills.
-Fixed bertrand not having weakness spell.
-Fixed fortress mage guild description.
-Fixed axe of mountain lords description.
-Fixed celestial shield description.
-Fixed Iron Lord/Maiden spec description.
-Fixed teleport assault description.
-Fixed call lightning description.
-added warning to installer game directory cannot be auto-detected.

I haven't a clue where to post this but here sounds good.

I just bought the game so know nothing about it, never played it before and also just downloaded mod 5.5 for it. Liking the game so far but I've been looking around for economy based guides and i can't seem to find anything helping me know what buildings are necessary for a booming economy or what else I can do to make money.
@Mypony89 I answered in the HC thread.
Your mod makes all intros and mission briefings / endings into a window instead of full screen. Is this working as intended or something on my end? not game breaking and rest of game looks fine.
No idea why is this happening. It is not intended :/
Skillwheel RC11 is available for download now!

Changes and fixes include:

added - spell pane - Spells that can be Empowered now include empowered damage and mana stats.
added - spell pane - The 8th spell slot now presents magic guild summoning and formulas for each creature.

changed - town pane - highlights are rearranged into more meaningful manner.
fixed - hero pane - Betrand moved from Knights to Renegade class.

First of all - thank you for your work.

I want to ask about AI in 5.5. Quantomas mode was for 3.1, so you managed to adapt it to the new rules, new hero abilities and etc.? Can AI use town portal between all his towns? Thank you.

I hadn't played in ages but I gave this mod a try and wow, my mind is blown in the speed it gives, no more reading a book in between turns! Great job! Just one small question, In the original you had an Ultimate skill, the reason you needed the skill wheel. With this skill wheel I don't see that skill anymore. Am I missing something or where these skills removed?

@Nechaef - The new system does not have ultimate skills. Some of the ultimates were also removed due to being overpowered (Necropolis, Fortress) others can be found as perks in certain primary skill groups.

Thanks, yeah that's what I suspected.
Here is a sneak peak on the ARMG changes that will come in the next release!
- New templates, including Jebus and Diamond from Heroes 3
- Balance existing templates
- 30 new demo maps that will be included with the mod.
