Problem with loading huge and impossible maps

I would like to ask, is problem with loading big maps still occuring? I installed some old version of the game I have and for some reason game crushes every time when I want to load these big maps.

In addition to the above, please ensure you are playing the game in compatibility mode with older versions of Windows - this may alleviate the loading issue as well. :)

I found a solution for this problem. Right click on .exe icon, compatibility, disable fullscreen optimization. Now everything works fine .
