Application load error 5:0000065434

Hello,

I'm having the issue with application load error 5:0000065434.
I tried several methods found online how to fix this, even reinstalled the game, but I still can't launch the game. Any ideas how to fix this?

I'm using W10 OS and game used to work fine.

Found another tip in different discussion and it helped! Here is below if anyone ever needs it :)

Try also right click on EXE -> properties
Select "Disable fullscreen optimizations"
Try again.
