How to play Online?
I dont know why, but i've been able to play online with Heores 5 since I bought it on steam. Is there something special I need to do to be able to play online?

Ubisoft has been shutdown online services for HoMM 5 back in october 2015

Nowadays people play mutiplayer with Gameranger or Tunngle.
