Really slow AI round turnover (any patch available to make it faster ?)
has anybody an idea how to make the waiting time for the AI's round faster (like in HOMM3) because it really drives me crazy how long it takes for your turn, especially if i play against more than 3 AI

There are 2 ways that I know off :
1. Use Quantomas Improved AI mod: http://heroescommunity.com/viewthread.php3?TID=34594
2. Use Might and Magic Heroes 5.5 mod which includes Quantomas advanced AI and many many balance improvements and new features. You can find more about it here http://www.moddb.com/mods/might-magic-heroes-55 or http://heroescommunity.com/viewthread.php3?TID=41303
