Might be tricky due to Steam Cloud Sync. I guess the steps are:
1) Remove Steam Cloud Sync for GM3
2) Delete save from that location
3) Get into gameplay, so this will create new save
4) Quit the game
5) Enable Steam Cloud Sync for GM3, it will ask for a conflict, where you should choose "Use Local Save" option
1, delete file
2, start game
3, click on use local save in the pop-up
might be different with an actually missing file though.
If any file is missing, Steam will grab it from auto-cloud without any questions, that's how auto-cloud works, so I'm pretty sure this will not work
in GM3 we have switchable player profiles instead of cheat hotkeys (added in a patch soon after release), so shouldn't be an issue atm.
