OpenTTD on MacOS is not working

The mouse on MacOS cannot click into the game. Is it a steam issue or the game is faulty?
I have M1 chip Mac Book Pro.

I have a MacBook Pro with an M1 Max running Sequoia 15.3 and game version 14.1.
I just tested the game and initially i had the same or similar problem. I could see the ingame mouse cursor but not move it and the game did not respond to my clicks at all. I command-tab out of the game and back in and the mouse cursor started working.

I gave up trying to play Windows games with a Mac years ago, you end up needing to plug in an MS keyboard and mouse. Plus the company that translates from Windows to mac does a poor job.

In the case of OpenTTD there is no company that "translates it from Windows". OpenTTD even has a native Linux version directly from the developers.

That's interesting but you still need a Windows keyboard and mouse to properly play Windows origin games. I have a MacBook Pro but never use it for gaming.

Due to my own test, it seems that Apple M1 CAN WORK(macbook air)
Actually all settings have no problem
Within the keyboard and the touch edition from the computer itself , I played the game quite fluently
I'm not mad
I used MacOS system version 15,1 (Sequoia). I think perhaps this is the reason for I cannot find any other possible reason.

Habe Mac mini 4 (16 GB +256GB) mit OS 15.3.1 und es funktioniert.
