No suitable places for ...

I generate a map. 2048*2048, medium sea, very flat, medium cities, high industries. 40% snow.
When I generate, I get an error: "no suitable place for farm/forest/etc". How to fix it?

Maybe make it taller, so not as flat, so that less snow is on the map. I think there can only be those things in places without snow.

Correct, on arctic maps, forests spawn only above a certain height. Depending on your map generation, that can also lead to some hilarious clustering of half a dozen forests around a single mountain.

In arctic map, default industry set farms have to be built below the snowline, and forests have to be above the snowline. I'd suggest raising your snowline and increasing your height levels.
