BUG? Online content isn't installing + game unable to save

I'm playing this on Mac OS (Catalina) and have found that all the content I've downloaded via the in-game content menu isn't installing. I've tried restarting and verifying cache. I've also tried manually moving the installed content into their respective folders but nothing.

I've also found that save files aren't being recognised. I can see save files I've created in game in the save folder through Finder, but no save games appear when I try to load a game.
