An easy way to change the modification?/Простой способ изменить модификацию?

I downloaded the modification. I want to change some of the numerical values. What's the easiest way to do this?

On the main menu, choose newgrf settings. Select an active newgrf and click set parameters.

Not this. I have downloaded a modification for new helicopters. The UFOs are funny, but they cost 0 and service 0. I want to set a different number. This cannot be done through parameters.

I am interested in the simplest .grf editor

There is no simple .grf editor. It is not possible to edit NewGRFs without access to their source code.

There is high chance you can write another grf to correct the values in that one. Not saying it's very simple and convenient but should be easier than modifying existing grf.
