Menu vanished

So I'm on day about 130 something. I was gathering produce from my 100 cucumber field. And when I got to the end I noticed my mouse was showing the cannont interact thing it does, and when I tried to enter the inventory, nothing happened. Same with the map, family and villagers tab. The menu to save and exit didn't show up either.
So I lost like 3 in game hours, and that's If auto save takes me back to the morning.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I've had an issue a few times where it wouldn't let me go into any menus that sounds like it might be the same as yours. The first couple of times I reloaded. But the most recent time I entered/exited my house and that weirdly fixed it - I could suddenly access my inventory and the esc menu again.

Edited to add: As far as I can remember, each time it's happened has either been in the middle of watering (and triggered again if I restarted the day and tried watering again) or, most recently, after moving, refilling and renaming chests inside the house. That last time is when the ability to enter menus came back after I exited the house (which I didn't try on previous occasions).

I´m having the same problem. Waiting for the next update, I hope this will be fixed then.

I've just started getting this exact issue, every time I start to harvest. Its made it unplayable
