Time Frozen in winter cranberry festival

After turning in my cranberries, I entered the town hall after 5pm. I noticed I was having issues with my keyboard commands not working and that I couldn't open any menus at all. Assuming some sort of cut scene would happen, I waited for a bit, only to realize the game's clock was stuck on 6pm.

I walked the entire way home, unable to fast travel via map menu or by approaching signposts, and it was still 6pm when I got there. I was also unable to unload any of my machines and while I could select the bed to sleep, no sleep would actually occur.

Huh, something is happening at 6pm that is breaking people's games somehow. Investigating

When I tried the event again, it worked the second time.
