Sorry guys for the stupid question but where can I find Cockatiel, Lovebird, and Parrot?
It's winter, I've been checking Bailey Farm for days in a row but there are the usual animals plus the new types of cats.

They are sold by the captains at the harbor. It's a matter of luck, though.

They are available on the ships that dock in the harbor. That is where I got my lovebird from
