Trypophobia Support

Hello! My first time leaving a post for a game so hopefully I am doing this correctly.

Recently purchased, have really been enjoying the game and playing it tons. Experienced the first disease outbreak and it unfortunately triggered my trypophobia and I had to turn it off. Was resigned to just play without diseases but then fertilized my first crop and saw similar small cluster of circles appear on the ground which triggered it again. Not sure what other effects like that might be in game but worried about it further affecting my experience.

I really enjoy the game and want to continue playing, does anyone know of a way to turn off or hide these effects? Is there an option/hack or possible patch that could remove all small circle clusters visually in game while still keeping the functional effects?

I didn't see anything like that in settings, and didn't find anti-holes retexture mod on Nexus, sorry.

Since there are many visual mods, maybe making it would be possible for someone who actually can work with pictures.
Or the devs will make it, they are nice supportive people.
