basic fertilizer?

is it just me or there is no way to use it?

Use basic fertilizer on any tilled soil. It helps crops get higher stars, I think.

It shouldn't be hard to use. Just click the soil patch with it in your hand.

You'll know it worked when the soil looks spotty.

oh... I though you have to plant it first to fertilize... got it thanks

Oh, I see! That's understandable. But yeah, it cannot be used after a plant is planted, only on bare soil.

Good question. I don't really know, but my guess is yes it does work.
