Is there a type of chest the crafting table itself can access?

Something the crafting table can access from within the crafting menu so you don't have to sift through and hold materials in your inventory to see/use them for crafting.

you can make many chests - from that crafting table. And then put one near the crafting table other in other rooms and outside. You need to have the a blueprint for this. Look in blueprints list - you may have it already. If you don't have that chest blueprint then you need to take a quest from someone who propose a chest blueprint.

But my question is whether a chest can be accessed IN the crafting table menu, not just whether a chest can be placed near it and still need you to put materials into your personal inventory. I'm trying to save a step here because inventory shifting is annoying.

I put a chest near the crafting table and I store there all stuff for crafting, potions, cooking - all stuff that you don't have to keep in the fridge.

I put a chect near a barn and near a coop to keep hay and a milking bucket. I put a chect near a well outside to keep all my seeds. I put a chest near dye making machines to keep prodused dyes and materials for them. I have 2 chests for clothing in one of my rooms.
I have a chest for keeping soaps near soaps machines.

All chest are easy to craft from a crafting table. I have more that 10 chests.

I really don't think you're understanding the question. I'm not asking about making a plain chest. I'm asking about a DIFFERENT TYPE of chest, that the crafting table can see inside of and use the ingredients of WITHOUT you having to open it and get stuff out.
