Sort button

I am missing a sort button in inventory? Feels like a very simple feature.
Auto transfer to box as well?(itens that are already inside the box)

I might've forgotten to get auto transfer on chests in :| What kind of sort would you like in that or inventory? Just moving everything together and towards the top or by category or

I'm not the OP but personally I think stacking like things (as in items and quality) would be great. Or even a "stack to like" button to move things from inventory into the chest easier. Moving things to the top of the box is something that generally disrupts my organization of my boxes I feel like and I find generally annoying.

oh yes please, a sort button. Even just grouping likes together by rating would be amazing.

Everything on top would be amazing. by type would be great (having to chase my seeds all over kinda sucks. An alphabetical, just in case you are looking for something specific but you are not familiar to how it looks.)

Also, it seems items in chests do not stack (or at least not always). Not sure if it is a bug or a missing feature, but it is a bit irritating. What I mean is, if there is a stack potato seeds in a chest, and I click on a potato seed in my inventory, it creates a new stack in the chest instead of just stacking together with the seeds already in the chest. It is not only seeds, it happens with all the items in the game. Like I said, not sure if it is a bug or a missing feature.

At the moment it places items in the first empty slot, even if there is a stack of them further down in the chest. To avoid this for the moment, try and keep no gaps in your items or move your most frequently stacked ones to the top of the chest.

YES!! I would LOVE to see a sort inventory button as well as an "add to existing" button for chest. Can never find items. Also, a bigger indoor chest upgrade as well, since the house is hard to upgrade and it is so small with the bed and crafting station, plus all of the other needed stations., i.e. churn, cheese press, drying racks, barrels, crib etc. A colored chest ability would be wonderful as well.

also bumping, please bring in a sort button! my misc chest is an absolute mess and having a "sort by type" button where all forage, materials, fish etc get grouped together would be so helpful. a sort button would also be useful for the pocket inventory, but definitely needed for chests.
bigger chest options and colour customisation would also be super helpful!

Bigger chests would be wonderful, but maybe we could just put crafting stations and chests outdoors? I haven't even tried that yet to know if it's possible, but it should be.

What I'd really like is a sort button for the quests, to put them in order from soonest to expire.
