Furniture on rugs would be super nice!
I do wish there was an option to enable or disable homosexual marriage seeing as many people were drawn in by this game due to its realistic and historical charm. I’d love a “realism mode” where there aren’t any rainbow or midnight goats, no homosexual marriages or transgender characters, you could trap and hunt the wild animals instead of petting them, the witch is viewed with much more hostility and could even be exiled or burned (depending how dark they want to go) if the friendship bar with her hits the bottom, and maybe even the mermaids get a reskin to make them not so Ariel-like and instead looked like terrifying deep sea creatures. Cozy and uncozy modes would be fascinating and so much fun to switch from.
And yes we definitely need rugs to go under furniture and smaller furniture to be placed on top of bigger furniture.
