Foraging skill?

I want to have a character that has all the skills at level 10, so I've turned aging off (is it even possible during a normal lifetime?).

Farming went really fast, even though I don't have a huge fam.
Crafting - I only made my own machines, mostly just one, and a few tiles and the occasional machine for a quest and was done, so that went fast, too.
Social - I like trading and gifting and talking to people.
Fishing - I like fishing, but it seems like I spent whole day just fishing from morning to night, not fun.
Cooking - you can cook 4 portions at once, but it seems like you only get experience one time and not four. I basically cooked almost everything (still missing a few recipes) and then made 1 bread, 1 bread, 1 bread etc., just to get the experience up.

The only skill I have left is foraging - what exactly do you do for it? Of course picking up stuff and shaking berries from bushes, but is shaking trees for wood also foraging? Is mining foraging? Is shaking bushes for twigs foraging? Is hoeing for dirt and worms foraging?

Foraging includes collecting mushrooms/berries/nuts/etc., shaking bushes, and mining. Not sure about hoeing or shaking trees for wood. But the other stuff definitely is!
