Barn upgrade potential bug

Hello! Just wanted to do a general PSA when I upgraded my barn, it seems that it makes the straw in the trough disappear. I know I had plenty in there, and then a day after the upgrade I noticed my animals disappeared. So I loaded the save for the day it was upgraded and went into it, and all the straw was gone but animals where there. So i put more straw in.

Then i played the next day over again and the game bugged out where I could not open my inventory or save or sleep so I lost the progress again since I had to force quit the game. I'm not really wanting to play the same two days a third time so I'm giving up for now and maybe I'll come back and see if some of the more annoying bugs are addressed in a future update.

Great game it just needs a few more updates fixing some of the more....quirky bugs:P

Same issue here! TT also after I moved my coop all the straw in my trough disappeared too… I had 200 straws in the trough arrggghhhhhh

Moving should be fixed in the next update, will double check with upgrading!

kiraki, thank you for getting this fixed in the next update, a little update for you: I replayed the same two days again, and again had the same issue where my game just quit responding at 6 pm exactly. Couldn't access inventory, could not sleep or save. I'm unsure if it is linked to upgrading, I had two barns and it seems to potentially do this on the day the second barn upgrade finishes?

Just updated a beta branch to hopefully have a fix to this:

New (mod/unstable) build v1.0.0.3 - Mods branch
To access right click game in library, private betas
Password EchoesOfThePlumGroveMods
This build hasn't be thoroughly bug tested so backup your saves before you try - zipping this directory:
