Question Regarding Nintendo Switch Version (NIS Classics Volume 1)

Was the Nintendo Switch version ever patched? I heard it had a bug that caused the game to crash and prevented you from playing past a certain part of the game.

That sounds like a *really* good question for Nintendo (not NIS). A game that is unplayable should never pass what's called First Party QA which basically means if Nintendo finds a bug making the game unplayable, it's unsuitable for sale to consumers on Nintentdo's platforms. NIS is also contractually obligated to ensure it works before selling it. This is one reason famous disasters were pulled from various platforms over the years.

I own the Switch Version (and the original PS2 as well btw) and i didnt had any issue with the game (yet). Finished the game a while ago and never had a crash before. Either i was lucky or it was patched without every knowing.
