Potatoes production seems to have stalled.
It does seem like it stalled or slowed to a crawl. I have 8 plots and dont seem to be getting further as fast as the other plots and progression like when I started.

Well, it was bound to stall eventually. Even the distance between the 7th and 8th plant has 205 zeroes in it.

The best way forward is of course reaching the next plant. Apart from that, just try to level the plants up and prestige the farm when you have between 50% and 100% more fries from the prestige. And of course all the break points in the shop such as x6 potatoes, x4 grasshopper damage, etc.

"prestige the farm when you have between 50% and 100%" - does anyone have data to support this?
I'm finding it works out to prestige around the 3-day mark, between 100% and 200%

I was just using that as an example how how to not be stalled. I prefer 100%, but of course data would be nice!

What is your fries at? Could be helpful to compare. I currently have 2.5e24 fries and hit around 1e202 potatoes. 27k protein a second with 243 assembly levels. All the shop upgrades.

26.6 QA Fries. I do prestige over 100%.

I'm going to Prestige in a few hours. I'm at 2.23e183 potatoes +1.75Qi fries (2.59 Qi total) and don't have all shop upgrades yet.

I don't know how you got so far ahead so you must have a more efficient process.

With 8 plots, I run one of each of the 8 crops. Is this how you do it as well?

Unless you can memorize all the Qi, Qa, Oce, etc terminology I feel it is best to use the scientific notation(1e8 in settings) which you can find in the settings. It is way easier to see progress when you go from 1e24 to 1e25/26/27/etc than to remember all the abbreviations for the numbers. Also easier to compare between players that way.

I do 1 of each plant, with all excess slots going to the highest tier plant. Once I get to the 1e175 plant I switch all slots to it until the end of the run. It is currently level 16. As I am starting to get the 1e175 plant in a few hours, I may end up going back to a day of all plants in the plots just to maximize their multipliers. When it took a day or two to get to 1e175, their multipliers made plenty of progress so I just ended the run without going back.

Right now with 17 hours on the run, my plant multipliers look like 2.5e7, 2.5e7, 3.5e6, 4e5, 2e4, 5e3, and 3e4 multipliers for the rest of the plants down the line. I think I only had 4-6 hours before I switched to the 1e175 plant, so I am guessing the rest of the multipliers could double or triple pretty easily. Getting those multipliers right may be the most important part of a farm run. The final plant is obviously the single most important, but all plants together have a certain part to play as well. Just need to play around and figure out the diminishing returns for boosting each plant's multiplier. Of course, I don't want to micromanage it that much so I could certainly be more efficient if I wanted to play more actively.

When it makes sense, I may stretch my run out an extra day or so to reach the next upgrade for the plant, and every so often I will go back to the lower plants and put them in all the plots so I can get one of their upgrades.

If nothing else is going on, I will normally prestige at 100% increase in fries, though sometimes I will go longer to reach a certain upgrade, or I may go shorter such as 50% if I notice that I can get several upgrades in the shop that will bring my overall gains closer to 100%.

Thanks for the clear explanation, It sounds solid. I will try an all P6 and later all P7 run to increase there perspective multipliers.

What I do is likely far from being the most efficient but I like to get at least 1 upgrade for every plant before friestige. Plant 1 alone takes like 3-4 days to reach. At where I am at with upgrades, it takes 5-6 days altogether. Usually get easily more than a 10x upgrade to fries at the end. Sometimes I get an extra level on last plant and I'll likely do it this time as well.

Levels are currently 36-31-28-26-23-18-15-0
I have 1.44e21 fries.

Current run after 2 days and 21 hours is at +4.53e21 fries with P2, 3 and 4 upgrade ready and not running anymore. P5 is halfway done. Times on plants are;
10s-10s-21s-1:06min-4:43min-31:16min and 2:12hours
At 3.22e222 healthy potatoes. 5.3e218/s
Earning 68 390 protein/s. 257 assembly upgrades currently focusing on Ass4 to 50, 4 to go. After that it's gonna be Ass3 to 50, 10 to go.
Levels: 73-59-40-46-25-13-1-n/a-n/a-n/a

Page 4 as everything under 2.5e20 bought.
Page 3 levels are at 7-6-229-177-178-105-46-33-27-21

Contagion, from left to right up down, levels are;
290-87-160-115-49-93-42-17

So yeah, comparing to Zeustiak's, my way isn't really that good for fries.

Though when I switch to friestige every x% to fries which I will likely end up doing at some point soon because that P1 upgrade is really becoming Hellish. Those plant levels are gonna be quite handy to have this high and make a +100% run quite fast.
