Mining/outpost area
I'd really like if the help text bubbles/fields would pop up if i hover over stuff. Example:
I just opened up the mining and I forget what does what on the outpost tab. What do the colored boxes mean... hardness, elevation, quantity, etc.? Please make the info more available to the end user other than a quick 2 min read while they're tired.

Huh? Those informations are already ingame.

Just scroll down in the info screen (bottom right tab, the giant I )

It's true that the information is available, but it would be more accessible if it were also implemented via tooltips. Frankly, there are a lot of place in the game where tooltips would be beneficial. Being able to just hover over an unknown UI element or icon and see what it means would be a lot easier than searching for it in the info text. The game instead has various "click for info" things (presumably because for compatibility with touch-screen mobile devices), and this isn't applied universally.

Also, it would be nice if the tutorial that shows when you first unlock a feature could be repeated. As noted, the player might not always be receptive to it at that precise time.
I totally forgot about the info screen. Maybe under options there could be a toggle to turn off or on some tool-tip bubbles?

I do agree it'd be nice to have the info available easier, but there really only is 2 things to remember for outposts. Left = amount = good. Right = hardness = bad.

The game also conveys this information. The density starts out red but goes green when you have more of it (good), while the hardness starts out green but goes red when you have more of it (bad). This does require being to differentiate red and green, of course.
I am color blind, but I just reverse the green and red and it should be the same.

On that note, do you delete outposts that are too hard with only 1 to 2 resources to make room for a better one if you still have 2 or 3 other outposts to mine in the meantime?

Deleting outposts is a last resort.
It's usually better to improve your mining power.
Would it be better to upgrade your miners then, instead of upgrading the town (other than the market)?

The town is always more important, but each time you earn more minerals is a good time to level your miners a bit as well.

They are secondary, but still relevant.

The upgrades get more expensive the more of them you've bought. And as you're making progress in the game, new outposts will be providing more minerals than previous ones. What this means is that it's not really worth saving up minerals. If you have something (either a town building or a miner upgrade) you can spend them on, do so.
Ah, right now I'm finding it really hard to get the 3 and 5 resources. Any of them that come up are all at the top in hardness. Maybe just bad luck then. I wanted to save up to increase the market to level 3, but my miners seem to be lacking.
