What is Confection Exp
can anyone tell me?

The exp generated by putting worms into things.

(take a look at the top of the worms shop, it says "Confection").

Worms generate poop
Poop is assigned to confections (the upgrades)
Confections generate confection exp based on poop invested and all multipliers
Larva invested into confections reduce the confection exp required to level up

Confection exp doesn't turn to 0 when you remove poop. It is permanent until reincarnation. Only leveling will lower the amount. Since there is a 50/s cap to leveling speed, you will be able to take poop out and still be leveling confections for some time.
