Not gaining Reincarnation Points

I'm in the early stages after my first ascension, after completing the second challenge I noticed I did not gain any reincarnation points from it, nor from the reincarnation I did soon after. Is there a fix for this?

How long did those reincarnations take?
Because you only get reincarnation exp after 15 minutes.

It was several hours, I saw I was gaining like 50 reincarnation levels from it, but I got 0 reincarnation points. And challenges should give reincarnation points regardless of time spent, yet I got none.

Honestly: that's weird.

Sooner or later someone that might be able to solve your issue will see this topic. Or you could try your luck on the games discord as well (very few questions can't be answered there).

To be honest, its some time ago for me, when I last did a challenge myself, but do you dont get only the first time of a challenge the reincarnation point?

Did you perform a Ascension restart? also does this issue got fixed? otherwise i may need to look at your save

I did not perform an Ascension restart, and for some reason I started gaining RP as normal after these two incidents. Have not had any trouble with losing RP since, but I'm still down about 44 RP.
