Cloud save issues

This is the third time I have lost a full days worth of progression. I exit my game at home and reopen it at work. It apparently did not load the most recent cloud this morning or something as I was back to where I left off at work yesterday and lost all my progress from home last night. Anyways to fix my recent loss of progression what I will do is when I get home I will turn the internet off, load up the game, which will result in getting back to the progression I had when I turned it off this morning on that computer at home, then turn the internet back on to get the cloud save updated.

As I was looking to find another work around to reverting back to an old cloud save (since I had already loaded at work and it saved to the cloud my older progression), I found a website that points you to your cloud save files on steam. I went there and all my other games are on the list of saves but this one is not. Anybody have any insight on this or advice to fixing lost progression?

Sorry, I just saw that announcement to cloud save is off right now. I will just wait until it is back up and see where it last saved.
