Seawater to Clean Water?

How do you convert Sea Water (water coming from the Seaside) to clean water? I know you can cook "Dirty Water" (water from Parks) to make clean water, but i can't seem to do it with Sea Water? I can only make salt.

And this is me after filling 30+ bottles with the stuff. LOL

I don't believe you can, I think you just get salt. Parks are the king of water and fish sustenance.
