Spoiler warning: So, what are all the endings?

I have beaten the game three times by reaching Terminus and it's getting a little too easy, so I am preparing myself for some challenge runs where I have to reach a specific ending to win. So far, this is what I was able to piece together.

You can win by...
1. reaching Terminus
2. escaping by boat (by reading all three boat volumes and reaching the marina)
3. escaping by helicopter (by reading all five helicopter volumes and reaching the military base)
4. making a vaccine at the research lab
5. joining the fortified house with 100 points of trust
6. reclaiming the city by putting a base flag in all the locations

Did I forget anything or get anything wrong?

Besides the achievement, do you unlock anything by reaching these endings?

XP for your profile lvl but other than that and a badge at the end screen saying you beat the game with that ending thats about it

I haven't figured out, what increased the available trait points. I started with 2 and now I start with 6.

Player lvl. You get that from playing normally or if you do achievements you get more xp for those or if you make the game harder difficulty wise you get bonus xp. Can also click the top right on the menu screen on your current lvl to see the xp etc

Not quite, you can also increase trait points by beating games with available traits, thus permanently unlocking them and also getting additional points for stronger traits.
