1) You get a gun in the first room on first run, but all subsequent runs/respawns you don't get one off the bat...is that intentional? I did see there's some spots on the map with gun icons is the intention that every respawn run you need to go and find a gun in the wild?
2) There's something called a rail, I assume it's the robot. Looking at the description it says it does damage...but it never attacks anything. I also checked the controls nothing about activating that...does rail attacks come later or is an unlock?
Are you typically a fan of challenging arpgs? Like souls etc.
I'd give it more runs if I were you and see what I can unlock in the meta progression skill tree.
Okay well I think that's a good thing though becasue, once you unlock the meta progression elements it will get easier and easier, possibly trivialize it.
Idk if you've played other roguelites but I always end up very disappointed with how easy they get.
Hopefully the insane difficulty at the start here, keeps it from being tooo easy.
Gonna need more runs and stuff to see.
Yeah but you are only a few runs in. Haven't unlocked progression stuff. Keep unlocking. You need at least 10 runs upwards of 20 runs before you start seeing what the progression does to the game.
Hell you may not even have your free resurrections yet. lol the medkits.
An action game, especially a rogue like needs to feel good in your hands. It can't feel bad even from second one.
This feels bad. They're a great team so it saddens me to say but this game is fundamentally flawed from the ground up.
It needs to feel great to move in an action game. Every great entry has this from Nuclear Throne to ROR2.
This feels like an action game made by people who don't play action games.
