Hyper Light Breaker

Hyper Light Breaker

For those wanting to adjust mouse sensitivity >>>
A guide was posted by another user covering this, but I wanted to extend on it and make it more accessible.

Instructions as follows:
--
Make sure the game isn't running.
Use Windows Run Command: %LOCALAPPDATA%
Navigate to ".\Breaker\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor"
Open "Input.ini" in a text editor
Paste the following:
[/script/engine.inputsettings] bEnableMouseSmoothing=false bViewAccelerationEnabled=false AxisConfig=(AxisKeyName="MouseX",AxisProperties=(DeadZone=0.000000,Sensitivity=0.015000,Exponent=1.000000,bInvert=False)) AxisConfig=(AxisKeyName="MouseY",AxisProperties=(DeadZone=0.000000,Sensitivity=0.015000,Exponent=1.000000,bInvert=False))
Save and close.
Open game and test Sensitivity.
--
⬝You can modify the Sensitivity Values above to find the right ones for you. Just make sure the game is closed when you're making changes to the file.
⬝To enable Mouse Smoothing or View Acceleration, change those values to "True".
⬝To invert aim (X, Y, or both), change the respective 'bInvert' values to "True".
*****
The devs acknowledged the lack of an in-game sensitivity feature and will be adding it by EOW, but this serves the same purpose/ gives you more control, just with an ini edit.

Kind of a side-bar, but I also changed some settings to reduce motion sickness (since Chromatic Aberration can be pretty oppressive at times):

⬝Disabled — Chromatic Aberration and Motion Blur.
⬝Enabled — VSync, Input Buffer, Texture Streaming, and Upscaling (150%).
--
Navigate to ".\Breaker\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor"
Open "Engine.ini" in a text editor
Paste the following:
[SystemSettings] ; Chromatic Aberration r.SceneColorFringe.Max=0 r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0 ; Motion Blur r.MotionBlurQuality=0 ; Frame Stability r.TextureStreaming=1 ; Input Lag Buffer r.OneFrameThreadLag=1 ; Extra r.ScreenPercentage=150.0 r.AnisotropicMaterials=1 r.MaxAnisotropy=16 r.VSync=1

Semicolons get commented out in HLSL and ASM, so just remove or change the values for whatever settings you don't want to modify. You can also achieve some of these edits in NVIDIA Control Panel under "Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings" (AMD is similar).
