Not sure what is meant by OP having to do work for them, though. They've posted several things to Steam over the few years of development.
You will likely see a post about this hotfix coming, on Steam, on the morrow.
Forum was filled with feedback, as soon as they post to Discord they post the same stickied to Steam.

I got interested from youtube videos and the only reason I wasn't getting this was the lack of mouse sensitivity
