Fatal Error w/ No Saves
Every time I boot up the game it gives a fatal error screen. I have no save files and so the %appdata% file does not exist yet. Please help

I'm in the same boat. Crashing with no prior saves at all.

START UP FATAL ERROR FIXED (lookitsnook on Twitch figured it out)
First step is to TURN OFF CLOUD SAVING. Go to the settings on the game and TURN IT OFF.

Second step: Click steam in the top left corner and hit "Go Offline"

Third step: Launch the game

Fourth Step: Go back online

TADAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

I know this is early access but having a fatal crash on launch is wild
