Hell Rushes and restarts

I unlocked the heaven and hell rushes yesterday and I just finished Violet's Hell Rush. Honestly I think the only immediate change I can think of is having the ability to restart from the beginning of the rush via keyboard bind like restarting a level in Heaven Rush/the normal game; it'd cut out the tedium of taking like 5 seconds to restart that would build up over multiple tries (I think this would especially help with White/Mikey's Rushes but I'm not touching those yet). Maybe a confirmation dialogue would also be nice (that could be confirmed with the same bind) just so that accidental presses don't kill a run.
