Verifying the game files re-downloaded 0 files so that seems okay.
I also lowered the resolution to regular 16:9 1440p and I managed to get through the first level.
Could have been the resolution. Will update this thread if anything changes, maybe it helps others if they encounter the same issue...
Still would've loved to play this in ultrawide with a super high FOV.
Is this still an issue?
Lowering the graphics settings and resolution allowed me to play it.
My GPU also died on me soon after so that might have had something to do with it. No issues since getting 3070.
You can always refund it if it crashes for you too, but it should be fine. I think it was just my old GPU that was causing the issues.
Thanks for taking the time to reply. Might buy it further down the road, but if I buy from an official key reseller (right now they are cheap on black friday) I get into refund troubles, that is why I asked.
