How do I buy shiny rocks?

When I want to buy shiny rocks I try to but then it doesn't open the tab on steam and says I can't do it on Steam Link? Please help.

I dont think it works when using steam link, try using the meta airlink, or using a link cable.

Same here, I tried with Virtual Desktop and AirLink. Go to ATM and try to purchase but no additional window is opening up. Same as when I go to a package deal, press on it. Nothing happen.
