I purchased the game and did not receive the free 5000 shiny rocks

when purchasing gorilla tag on steam I should have received 5000 free shiny rocks, but I didn't.
I reset many times and still nothing. Please give me 5000 shiny rocks or give me £20.
I hope for a quick answer, the problem has also been reported on discord in the "bugs" category

Contact support or ask for a gift of shiny rocks.

really?, because I got my 5000 so it may be a bug
