No lava monkey

So me and some friends have been trying to figure this out for a while, so theres three of us in our own private lobby, but we dont have a lava monkey, is there a way to start it or are we just glitched

if you are in a game look at the bottom of the game mode board and see what game mode it says

Best you can do is set the game mode to infection, but only one person will be tagged at once. If you get a fourth then you can have multiple people get tagged just like a normal game.

nope, not in a lobby with 3 or less
